I am death on lawnmowers and bent a blade within two weeks of buy this mower. Because I have the extended warranty from Home Depot the company picked up the lawnmower within two days and it was ready one week later. The cost of the repair was really great. I highly recommend using this company

My lawnmower was under warranty so I brought it here to have it fixed. Since my son had previously hit a rock with it they said it was not covered under the warranty. This was ok with me. Lady called me and said it would be $60 to fix. I decided to do it myself. When I went to pick the mower up they said it would cost me $40.00 fee. I had no idea. No one told me there would be a charge. I told them the parts it needed when I brought it in. When i told the lady they said on the phone that it would be $60. She said that was for parts and if they had of fixed it it would be over $145.00. I'm glad i didn't have them fix it. I could almost buy a new one for that. There was a piece of paper behind the sunglasses rack saying that there would be a deposit fee along with a lost of prices. Just in regular typing. Never even noticed it. They should make you aware of this charge when you drop off an item. Beware!

I am in the market for a zero turn mower, so stopped by their Statesville store yesterday to see what they had available. No one ever offered to assist me, or for that matter even acknowledged I was even there. I guess they don't need my business. What a disappointment and waste of my time.

Don’t buy a mower from here and expect it to get delivered live less than 10 minutes away and been waiting over a week what a joke 10000 for a mower and you can’t drive it down the damn road mr.Redmond your business is poor and need to talk to you on the square

My experience with these guys has been wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I've dealt with has been super. Particularly Lisa. She has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. I don't feel like just another face in the crowd. They really appreciate their customers and it shows. I will not be going any where else for my power equipment needs and would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Extremely efficient, reasonably priced. My Troy Bilt tractor had an electrical problem, covered by extended warranty from Lowes. Had to wait for parts from Troy Bilt, but still got it back in 2 weeks. I was very impressed. Lisa was cordial, helpful, and efficient in working with me. I highly recommend, based on my experience. I saw the bill, even though covered by warranty, and was convined the billing was reasonable.

Two months ago I went to there Mooresville location store and dropped my Lawn mower Troy bilt, They called me after week and half and told me the carburetor is bad and need to be replace and I got it changed. When I went to pick up my it was missing the grass collecting bag. When I asked them they told me why would our mechanics take it. They were rude. Mooresville store asked me to contact Statesville store, i told them I gave it to you and they totally ignored ans said they don't know and call Statesville, that was weird. I called them every other week they kept saying they are looking for it and never got back to me and after a month they stopped responding back, when i call them they say hang on and other person come and say the manager got busy and can't talk. They basically lost my bag and don't want to give. I told them to check there cameras to see if I was telling a lie but they didn't want to do that either. I am not anyone to say don't go this store or not, but I have had bad experience with them. If you plan on giving them something to repair please take a picture before it would save you a big hassle just in case if they lose some part from your machine.

Came in to get a new chain for my chainsaw. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made me a new chain (didn't have one ready made for my saw) and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and the price was way lower than I expected. Will definitely be back here for any other power equipment needs I have!

Had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. My equipment was delivered promptly and was given quick instructions on how to use all of the equipment I purchased and told not to hesitate to contact them if I had any questions. Has been six months and very pleased with my purchase and the value of my purchase they competed with the big stored and delivered better service and knowledge of their products.

I definitely agree with the first reviewer..! The place has no actual business operating hours; they just open & close as they deem just. When you call you get a recording which says that if you're getting this message that they are busy with customers..! Which that in itself is a joke because I live within a mile of the place and a.) there is NEVER more than 1 or 2 cars in the parking lot & b.) they're hardly ever open. After calling twice & leaving a message for them to call me back when they "decided" to open up; never got a return phone call! On top of that they charge about at least a $1.00 more in propane than Farm Supply does!!! So in short; do yourself a favor & get your tanks filled elsewhere, you may have to drive further, but trust me... it'll be worth it!!!
