Don’t use him as he is scared of the Bird brothers. As soon as the defendant hired the Bird Brothers he chickened out and would not go to court and still charged me $1,000s of dollars.

Mr Beyer has helped me several times over the last 20+ years when I was cited for driving a little too fast. Most recently, I needed some documents prepared. I worked with Linda McCurry and received exceptional service. She was very professional and easy to communicate with. When it came time to sign the documents, she took all the time that was needed to be sure that I understood what I was signing. This office has always provided 5 star service to me and it is a comfort to know they are there when I need their services.

I just closed on a property, and this was the most disorganized experience I have ever had. Assistant had to redo several documents that she left information off of during the closing. Mainly, she just complained how she couldn't wait to be out of the mortgage closing business. To top it off ...she had a personal property tax bill, from another person, that she said I needed to pay if I wanted to close that day! I told her this was insane and she must have made a mistake. She refused to admit it, so I went to the tax office and they confirmed that she had messed it up. Anyway, you get the picture ...

The lawyer messed up my case and I had to hire another lawyer to fix the screw up.

My real estate agent chose this lawyers office to close when we sold our house. She was rude and very unprofessional. We had moved out of town by the time our closing came. She told me she would meet me on a Saturday morning so we could sign the paperwork. We drove an hour and a half (with 4 kids) and sat in the car waiting on her. She never showed. When she called me on Monday she said she forgot. She was not very apologetic and didn't even sound sorry.
The day of our actual closing she is dressed like a punk rocker. They was all going to a concert that night but I felt the attire was very inappropriate. So at closing she then informs me that she messed up on the closing documents and the amount we was supposed to get dropped like $400.00. Again, not really sorry she didn't do her job right.
Over all my experience with them (or at least her) was very unsatisfactory. She was very rude and didn't do her job right! I'm not sure about the rest of the office but I would not use this lawyers office based on her performance.

The office closes some of my Real Estate sales for my clients and they do a good job.
