Mark T Davis and his team are all wonderful people to work with. They know what they're doing, they communicate effectively, and even offer advice when they think you could save a little money, without being pushy. I greatly enjoyed using their service for my land purchase and construction closing, and fully intend to speak with them again when we close on our mortgage.

No handicap parking, no ADA accessible entrances. Handicap people have to sit in car and have Mr. Davis come out to you. It's federal law for all places to be ADA accessible.
