Left messages, sent emails, got bounced around to different phone extensions- where I was even hung up on by someone who said I didn’t mean to take your call and had to start all over again, chatted over their website - they kept telling me someone would call me back. even sent in a detailed description of my possible injury case. when somebody called me back about eight days later saying that they were too busy with their caseload of “wrecks” which they quickly changed the description to other accidents cases that they would be pursuing I thought it was highly unprofessional. I guess if you need an ambulance chaser these are the people to call.
