Ms Carter represented my friend in a chapter 13, when there were issues she would not return the calls or emails. A chapter 13 is 3-5 years and the attorney is paid 1500 up front and monthly, so this relationship has to last. Please consider another Atty if you need long term support.

My friend went there for the bancrupcy ane he particularly asked not to list one of the vehicles. Vehicle had my name as well. So I was continue paying and he was paying amount that court ordered. So we were paying double. Also the internal massages are not being carried among the stuff. They are going back and forth.....Anyway comunication is zero. E mails or phone massages are never returned.
