Ok so i called the so i called the day before made an appointment for 12 I come in today the assistant says my appointment is at 2 so she tells me she has to go to an appointment so proceeds to ask me questions and insist on papers the i came with letting me know that it would be seen by her but I specially said I wanted the attorney to see mine you I was in anccident less then a month ago so I have ptsd and anxiety from the accident I also have bad back pain the does not help the case. So she keeps asking about the part with my dad was completely stoped or not so I start explaining mind you she was asking the questions so I’m reliving this moment and you can instantly tell I’m getting upset that I half to talk about this accident yet again so you would think they would be a little more patient with me but she was in a hurry so she stars taunting the question was he stop or not stop or not but kept interrupting me not listening or even caring that my ptsd and anxiety kicked in right in front of her .... so so big blonde woman comes from the back and tells me that the assistant has to go to an appointment and the my appointment was at 2 mind you everyone I wanted to give the lawyer all the info... not her that i was ok coming back at 2 even doh it to me half and hour to get in the car !!!! They just odviously one didn’t like the way I looked or thought mabey I was mad at them when I started telling the story but I do know that I i worked for an auto accident lawyers office odviously I’m gonna be working with clients that simply relive there accident that’s not how you treat people ... so then the lawyer calls me at two because I did not want to go in person I felt like I was not wanted there . To meet with her though the phone so I speak with her and let her know what happened it must of got her mad because she basically gave me and attitude was agitated to answer my questions like it bothered her ... please do not come here odviously there nice and rich and don’t want bussiness with the public you lost a potential client and money because I need a family law attorney but it’s ok . You lost something that’s good all because you don’t teach your employees to handle clients that go through this

I was put in a rough and awkward situation in which my employer was trying to send me back to work too soon well my shoulder had locked up because of a lack of physical therapy after a mix-up between workers comp and a scheduling company. Thankfully Campbell and Associates stepped in when I approached them and set the record straight for me. They were able to tell me my rights as well as show me where I had been taken advantage of. They work hard to keep me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend anyone who has been hurt at work to make sure that they're right are protected and ask for a free consultation. Workers comp insurance companies are not looking out for what's best for you before what's best for their bottom line by doing the least amount necessary under the law for you.

I highly recommend Campbell & Associates. They truly care about you. They explain everything to you in words that you can understand. Answer all your questions no matter what. They are there every step of the way and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

So much negative and not enough time. Was in a bad rear end collision with my young son. We were knocked through a large intersection and have been injured for life. Lawsuit is over and I hurt every single day. Through 4 years with this group I had a turnover of approximately 5 different attorneys and 8-9 case managers/paralegals. Every few months a new one would call and I would have to go through the nightmare all over again. They did NOT keep good notes and “lost” several papers that we’re supposedly scanned into the computer. How is that even possible? When I would express my concerns with anyone they would all make excuses. I know of one of the case managers got fired from there for laughing at a client and making rude comments regularly. She then got online and complained herself because they would overload her and couldn’t keep anyone. There’s a huge turnover. Instead of reading any notes the new person would call clients and make them retell their story to them. This happened several times. When I asked to speak with a head attorney they would make excuses why they couldn’t be reached. There’s 4 years worth of madness here. In the end I truly believe they were paid off as they lost the original statement from one of my doctors. I’ve heard many stories now about them and that doctor since my case is over. The man that hit us was driving illegally and even tried to claim later on (4 years) that he didn’t have a phone at the time so we couldn’t get his phone records so my attorneys didn’t fight it even though after hitting us he used his phone and wrote down that number on the State Patrolman’s paperwork. Long story short DO NOT USE THIS LAWFIRM!! Please save your time and mental health and go with another firm!!
*They also had me making phone calls and leg work- going after my files but yet at the end they got paid for it! It’s only taken me this long to write a review because my case ended so badly because of the lack of work with this lawfirm.

DO NOT USE THE HICKORY OFFICE. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND GARBAGE. MUCH BETTER ATTORNEYS IN TOWN. YOU WILL PROBABLY BE STUCK WITH YOUR MEDICAL BILLS, STILL BE IN PAIN, and...THEY GOT PAID.

Christopher Bartley and Lauren Hudachko are EXCELLENT to work with. All I had to do was make a call for help and they handled the rest. (Just like they advertise) I called several lawyers who wanted me to handle getting records and documents for them. I didn't have that kind of time.... working full-time and taking care of a disabled son. Campbell & Associates took charged of everything and just kept me updated. SUCH A BLESSING!! I fought for approx 5yrs to get my son disability. All we kept getting was denials saying he was to young and didn't have enough work credits. If your disabled it shouldn't matter what age you are and that is exactly why Chris and Lauren went to bat for my son. Lauren kept in contact with us every 2-3 mos to make sure we were kept in the loop of the process and out of the kindness of her heart she would always ask how we were and if she could help with anything. Lauren goes above and beyond. Chris is very sweet and professional. You can tell they both really enjoy the work they do. We could not have ask for better people to represent us in our disability case.

I was put at ease immediately by the incredible staff here. They were quick to meet my every need and get the job done. It is evident they actually care about each one of their clients and would highly recommend.
