I hired Wilson 2.50 weeks ago to file papers to evict my tenant. to this date nothing was filed. he does not answer calls or emails.

Found out Friday my husband's been sitting in jail for 2+ months w/ a bond c only because TJ didn't add that file # to the paperwork when he asked for a bond reduction. Called & informed Brittany, who handles superior court matters. She said she'd have him get on it. Tuesday, it still wasn't corrected, so I called her again & she acted like it shouldn't be a big deal cuz he has court next week. I explained to her that it is in fact a huge deal cuz if he hasn't made bond by his court date he's planning on accepting his plea just to get smg to happen. However, he really shouldnt as there are 4 felonies he should (& this is the Gods honest truth) plead not guilty to!!! She said she'd speak w/ TJ, but that he had trial all last week...I guess that prevented him from making a 5 minute error correction on my husband's behalf. I asked when they could get it fixed & she said she didn't know for sure but that she'd talk to him again. As of rn, it still hasn't been updated. I just called the office again & now I'm not even getting an answer, voicemail, or anything at all. How exceptionally unprofessional & unequivocally lazy of Mr. Wilson & his mediocre staff.
