I was in a car accident in 2017 after someone made an illegal turn directly in front of me on a main thoroughfare... My car was totaled, and as a result I ended with major health concerns. I was referred to a neurosurgeon and after the appointment I decided to do some research on local attorneys. I came across the Maurer law firm and read through all the rave reviews, I decided right then that Michael Maurer was the lawyer I wanted to represent me, and after I met him in person... I was convinced. It was the best decision, and worked out better than I could have hoped for. My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Michael Maurer and his team fought hard for me. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney.
Something I valued highly with them is the fact that they took a pragmatic approach to the law and didn't over complicate things unnecessarily. They followed up and supported the case and myself throughout. Michael Maurer is personable, sincere, talented, honest and experienced, he was also available on a daily basis and responded directly to my questions promptly and professionally. I consider myself a realist so even though I had unlimited confidence in Mike and his team, there were times (over the two proceeding years) that I had my doubts. I'm so glad that they were receptive to my concerns. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised with the settlement through mediation. Mike worked with all involved parties to reduce the costs... and even lowered his fee to ensure I was happy with the settlement, which I was. I can't say enough great things about Mike, the Maurer law firm and the team (Skyla was amazing!). If I ever find myself in need of an attorney again, my first call will be to the Maurer Law firm. You'd be hard pressed to find a more competent and dedicated team.
Where do I begin? I was in a terrible car accident in 2017’. The lawyer that I initially hired for my case lied, manipulated, and did nothing ultimately. When you're involved in a car accident you will be inundated with mail and solicitation for services. It literally becomes a zoo, in my case I had the great fortune of a referral to Maurer Law.
