I highly recommend Atty. Lancaster as a real estate lawyer. He helped me close a contingent buying and selling of two properties . Everything went smooth and everything was organized very well. Zeno saved me from making a mistake that could have cost me several thousand dollars and access to my house. To make a long story short, my home purchase ended up being really complicated with a four month long closing process because the home was accidentally built on property the seller didn’t fully own - this meant I had no legal access to my house. The seller’s side had multiple shady lawyers that pressured me to close with no marketable title for months, through various shady/band aid fixes. I’ve never bought a home before so I didn’t know the difference, but Zeno remained really firm with them on the right thing to do. I am so incredibly appreciative of him for protecting my interests so well! On top of that, he worked/responded to texts/emails/phone calls on weekends, evenings, even while he was on vacation. In the end, we closed, I got the house, and it didn’t cost me any extra money. Use this firm for all of your real estate needs!!!

My experience was not good. Zeno knew nothing about the property and what was public record regarding some past agreements. He was informed many times regarding the issues and still lacked the knowledge that had been given to him and it was on public record. I had a hard time getting a return phone call from staff when issues arose. The only time I saw or heard from Zeno was at closing. He owed me over $2,000. after closing, and only because I kept calling I finally got it after he denied owing me. Then claimed they tried to reach me after he denied owing me. The check was difficult to cash because of numbers not matching and was close to being void because of the date on it. I had a very bad experience with his firm. And would not recommend his firm.

Had a terrible closing experience with this firm. The staff missed multiple items before during and after close, and then were rude when we came back in to help fix the problems. I never met or talked to Lancaster, who should have stepped in to apologize and help out.
