I would not recommend the Lyda Law firm for something as important as your house closing. They did my closing and misread the amount owed to me and I ended up with $20,000 less for my house! Everything got corrected in the end but they refused to pay the extra wire fee I incurred for their mistake. They emailed the correct amounts they day before the closing but wrote the wrong amount the next day at the closing! After the initial shock, I calmed down about the mistake but what upset me the most was they didn't even offer to pay the extra fee, I incurred for the extra wire. Instead they said, I was the one who wanted the wire transfer for my closing, so I had to pay the second wire fee also. Even though they gave me the wrong amount the first time! I should have never had a second fee if they did it correctly the first time. This just comes down to poor integrity if you ask me. Plain and simple they weren't very nice about taking responsibility for their error.

I have used Lyda Law Firm for a few years and always been pleased with their knowledge and help received.

Did a great job on my closing. Me only issue was that I had to wait for my appointment long after it was scheduled. Like an hour.
