They did a great job on our closing the first and second time. They made it very easy.

Totally incompetent. They will not respond to calls or e-mails. All they will do is send the same form letters to you. I am a week away from closing and they will not talk to me. I cannot recommend that ANYONE deal with them.

We have used them twice. The first time was.overpriced but ok and the second time they were rude, screwed up the closing and we were treated poorly by the front desk. When I emailed them about it I got no response.

John Rose is a rude person. I called to ask some questions about my title search after my real estate closing and was treated disrespectfully by John Rose. I would not recommend using this law firm for real estate closings because if there is any issues you will not be treated well.

Absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional. Very expensive and they DO NOT communicate at all. They hangup on people and are very very rude. Expensive waste of time.

Extremely professional and dedicated to doing their best

I’ve used this firm for many closings but this one was painful. 4 ALTAs, lack of communication, finally got my money 24 hours after turning over the keys. An overall very unpleasant experience

The process started with an email from a Paralegal named Cynthia, who passed us to another paralegal named Sandra.

They sent us an engagement letter to open our file. The home sale went sour and during the process we never once spoke to our attorney on the phone, nor were we able to reach them the two times we called.

I'd simply recommend considering a smaller firm that has more availability to meet with you if you are purchasing a home purchase in or around the Asheville area. This was a terrible experience.

I have had other experiences with law firms around the country, and the standard process is at this time considering the amount of effort to not bill. Considering we were going to purchase another house in the area, they could have retained our business by simply focusing on the future rather than the past.

Ok but paralegals have not been friendly at times.

Unprofessional and untimely. They charge outrageous prices for routine docs. There are many better firms in town.
