Clement Law Firm represented the buyers on a recent property transaction. Although responsible for the title search and disbursements, the firm failed to identify that a mortgage existed on the property for sale. As such, disbursement to clear the mortgage failed to occur prior to title transfer to the new buyers and their mortgage holder. When the problem was brought to the attention of Clement Law Firm, and the cost of this issue to the sellers, they denied accountability, and offered a portion of the costs incurred as a result of their actions. I'd give Eva Clement zero stars, if that were possible.

Update 11/7/2018: Eva Clement doesn't deny the facts as stated, but does claim that this review does not come from "even a party to the transaction referenced." This is not true. In North Carolina, a spouse acquires a marital interest in the other spouse's real property regardless of when it was acquired. Therefore, it's required that both spouses sign a deed to properly convey title when selling property. My wife was the seller, and if Ms. Clements reviews the closing paperwork, she will see my signature present.
