We have used the services of Jason Peltz and the firm’s staff several times over the last ten years and highly recommend them. Having recently completed a rather complex business sale and commercial real estate transaction, we were again impressed with the communication and the manner in which they proactively address issues. Their knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence in their abilities to steer the transaction toward close in an efficient manner. Additionally, they are extremely nice people to deal with!

My husband and I were impressed by their diligence, responsiveness, and understanding in all our interactions. We especially appreciated them when we saw other people's lawyers and realized just how lucky it was that we picked this firm to represent us: they were confident in their work, detail-oriented, and respectful of us during a difficult process. Update: After I left the below review Mr. Peltz reaches out to me with a phone call. He was genuinely concerned about our experience with his firm and wanted to better understand where our frustration had come from and seek input on how to avoid this in the furniture. While our experience was less than ideal I am impressed with a company owner committed enough to his customers to reach out in this way. It was far easier to ignore the review than to take the time to call an unhappy customer. I thank him for that effort.
Original Review: I honestly do not know where the ratings of this firm come from. They were recommended by our realtor and a friend. And we used them to close on both our current and new home. There was absolutely no communication from them at any time unless we chased them, and then we were treated like as though we were the rude ones. This was in an instance when we had to have a check for closing at 9AM and it was 4:45 the evening before...and then again when they owed us a check from closing and it was nearly 5PM.
Overall the experience was poor and the staff was generally rude to us for no apparent reason other than we wanted information critical to our closings.

I have had many closings at the firm and they have all gone smoothly. They don't wait until the last minute to address issues they find and they communicate well with lenders, clients and Realtors. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and personable.
