Only positive note - Seemed to have a good personality on the phone but I have no choice but to give one star. He called to discuss my case and to further set up a consultation time but never set up a time and failed to communicate back at all. Unprofessional, pompous and seemed completely unconcerned with the importance of my matter. His behavior displayed that he does not care about me as a client or person. No one wants to feel like a hassle when they're already under distress.
