Grossly Disappointed... If I could post less than 1 star I would. I had the pleasure of being treated as if I were a second class citizen by their receptionist. Not just on One occasion but TWO. She made me feel as if my questions and concerns were an annoyance to her and NOT her job. She continued this same demeanor during our second phone interaction. After asking her name (for the purpose of making Mr. Mark Melrose aware of her behavior) El Haynes rudely ended our conversation while I was in mid-sentence. I don't typically write bad reviews but I'm hoping this will push Mr. Melrose to rectify this behavior in his office. I'm sure I'm not the first potential client/client that she has treated this way. I have since found a Law office to represent us, who's staff acts as if they genuinely care about my case. Unlike El who acted as if I was below her.

Mark Melrose is an outstanding litigator. I have recommended him to a number of people close to me. I am a lawyer, but I handle business matters only. I do not litigate. If I have a client who needs a litigator, Mark is always on a short list of litigators that I would recommend to that client. He even handled a personal injury matter for my assistant's son who told me that he was very satisfied with both the representation and the outcome.

Took my malpractice case and was excited about it. Easy case to win. after 6 months of texting his assistant tried calling numerous times with no response.
Finally got a LETTER, NO PHONE CALL, saying he would no longer pursue my case against a Hospital that was criminally at fought. Turns out he decided to run for Judge.
A lot of voters at that hospital. Jackson Co. BEWARE. Reason some lawyers have a bad name and reputation. You can vote for a better JUDGE!!!

Would not take my case although medical malpractice was performed for several different reasons
