Joshua Hedrick violated attorney client privilege when defending Roy Cook. He promised to subpoena documents and with less than 2 months to go before trial he changed his mind. he refused to file a motion to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct (prosecuted concealed exculpatory evidence) which Roy Cook ended up arguing himself and it forced prosecutor Robert Edwards to turn over the missing phone records that exonerated Roy Cook. He refused to file the motion because he was a close personal friend of the prosecutor. Roy Cook discovered the existence of an FBI agent the victim had made contradictory statements to and Joshua refused to subpoena him and instead revealed his existence to the prosecutor and then denied it. the stuff Joshua refused to do, Roy Cook did himself and it resulted in the indictment being dismissed. there was a forensic analysis done of computers taken from Roy's home that the prosecutor denied was done. After Joshua resigned Roy found the person who did the analysis. all it took was a phone call. watch out if you get Joshua has your attorney. he's got his nose so far up the prosecutor's ass he can tickle his tonsils.

Josh is so much more than an attorney to me. He has literally became part of my family's lives. I would never even consider another attorney after having him. He will listen, not rush you,get back with you and most of all support you all the way.
