Place is a joke!!!!The secretary thinks she's the lawyer, they never call or return your phone calls, they never respond back to you in a timely manner, you never get to talk to Daniel you always have to go through the snooty snotty secretary who thinks that she knows everything they are rude they waste your time your money you get nothing done with your case but very little the bare minimum I swear I think he cuts deals with certain cases out for other cases The worst lawyer in Clinton Tennessee do not waste your time I have references to back up my statement!!!!!! He tells you one thing and does something totally different then you end up doing more time or probation for your case then if you would've just played guilty and not had a lawyer did I mention that you're rude !!!!!!TOTAL WASTE OF TIME,MONEY,An ENERGY!!!!DANIEL FORRESTER SUCKS!!!!!!

Terrible!!! Mr. Forrester, wasted a lot of my time, cost me a fortune, and made my situation worse. I am now having to hire a different attorney to clean up the mess he caused, and address my problem correctly. I am writing the TN Bar, as well. I gave Mr. Forrester the opportuntiy to resolve the matter, but he elected to keep my money and blow me off. Beware -- Mr. Forrester is a sweet talking incompetent greedy attorney.

It seems that you have to go through the messenger to Daniel, and what he hears is not what was said. You should never have to explain anything to a secretary. And let her to remember what to tell him. His post days don't hesitate to call. Free consultation. Not true. Maybe to his messenger but not through him.
