Who likes to give away their hard earned cash? Nobody, so it's not my favorable place but boy doesn't it feel good to pay off tickets and I've had no problems with them!

I can pay my bills through the phone

Received phone calls stating I owed on a past due medical bill from Randy who was very rude and stated the $20 I offered to pay monthly would not suffice. She preceded to be rude stating they're not obligated to accept anything I offer nor are they obligated to send me documentation saying my offer wouldn't be accepted. She then told me she would see me in court where they would garnish my wages. Never have I ever dealt with anyone as unprofessional and irrational.

I’m not sure how this is happening but I have received several calls from people looking for this business and saying they have received phone calls from my personal cell phone number about debt collection with this agency. I’m unsure of what is going on but it’s very frustrating for myself getting these calls all hours of the day then to have to explain every time that the number is mine not this agency which I’m sure is also frustrating for the people trying to resolve the issues they are calling about! I wish I had some idea of what was happening and how!

The company put a none valid debt onto my credit report without even confirming the debt was valid . You would think a lawyers office would do research before they buy consumer debt reports of a utility bill that was charged to someone when they did not Evan live at the address , shady company and the clerk or part time employee who called me was very rude , called and said who is this , I told her then she starts to ask me my social security number , just outright rude . Anyway the company must be short on work to be buying up garbage falsified debt .

they called me claiming I owed money to them of course I don't so I returned the call and they wouldn't tell me the money I supposedly owe I told them to remove me from their call list

I paid a collection over a year ago. However, today I called the ISP that I used in the past. Reagan, Robinson, and Young transferred the account to another firm. Doing the right thing gets you know where. The firm will not help with the Credit Agencies, because it is not benefiting them.
