My dad had hired them in a workers comp case. My dad had passed away during the time of the matter so it was left to me his daughter to finish with the case. I had settled on $10,000. After all these fees had came out I only got $4,000. They didn't say anything about any fees and I would call them a lot an I would never get a response from the lawyer. It was my first time dealing with them an the last. I will never go thru them again I will go else where with my problems.

I am looking to sell some land and I would not trust anybody accept Mathew Ryan with RMA to handle my title work!

Very unethical... Going down hill. I have used their services many many times in the past, and was very pleased... But since recent events that have transpired and their lack of adhering to an ethical code of conduct, I will no longer be using Rochelle McCulloch and aulds.

Alan Poindexter and his firm are incredible! If he takes your case, he will give it 110%. He works all avenues of your case and doesn't take no for an answer. We have been using this firm for many years and I HIGHLY recommend them weather it be business or family matters, they are great. His assistant, Cindy is also great, if Alan is not available, she can assist you and pass along your info to Alan.

we won our case and for that im grateful, even though it wasn't hard to do since we were going up against a junkie. my problem is that she didn't explain how she charged $50 every email sent and received, didn't get an invoice until it was over and it was over $5500, she had another attorney do her job last minute. and my FAVORITE part I kept asking when I would receive the birth certificate and she kept saying you should get it in the mail any day! finally I called State of TN myself who told me they sent it to the attorney! apparently Jody was holding on to it as leverage and lying to me about it. upset that our $5800 balance wasn't paid off. Even though over $1300 was paid within a 5 month period! snakes! on a side note Julie was AWESOME in the court room.

I had to deal with David Foutch about my grandfathers estate and he DOES NOT return your phone calls. You have to keep calling and calling until you catch him in his office and then getting information from him is very difficult.

I am a client of the firm since I inherited from my grandfathers estate. Now they are refusing to answer phone calls or emails.
