I would receive updates on my case sometimes in the middle of the night! He works diligently to make sure you get what you need done. Everyone knows how hard it is to get primary custody when you are the father in tennessee and by god he did it! Brad is the one you want on your side.

This is my fiancée case not mine. I was at every meeting, every court date, every phone conversation, email etc because I was the one to find & take my fiancée in to hire this attorney as well as share payment.

Once we left his office things changed dramatically. He failed to handle the child support case in a timely matter. What he said would take 6months took over a year because he did not submit anything to the courts at the time of hire as he said he would. He gave his word that he spoke to Child supports attorney & child support would not intercept taxes & they would hold them until trial & at which time they would be released. Since it took him over a year to schedule trial taxes were intercepted & we lost $7000 & he had nothing to say. Over this year plus time frame we were asked to continuously pay for past the amount discussed at time of hire. Its sad because I was the 1st to leave a review & give 5 stars.

Brad came highly recommended from a friend. He made my difficult situation easier to handle. He communicated well and helped me understand the entire process. Things turned out much better than expected because I had great representation. His kindness through out my situation helped as well! I have read all the reviews posted before mine and I wonder if they had the same attorney I retained. My matter was not complicated but I felt that having an attorney would be better than not having one. As it turned out I probably could have done a better job without him. He said things in court that were not discussed in our consultation. I was blindsided. The judge ruled in favor of the opposition and I believe it was because of the misrepresentation. Needless to say, my family was shocked and devastated by this. I fully understand following the law - I also fully understand representing your client. He did not do a good job for me and my family. As ridiculous as it sounds, it almost seems as if he had a soft spot for my opposition and felt that my "request" was wrong. If that were really true, he should have refused to take my money and then "pretend" to represent me.
