Screw any mediation cause you're giving away more money. Met several people with similar experiences with this firm. Didn't know at the time he had been suspended and made to pay folks back alot. Find somewhere else to go unless you have disposable cash and don't care about a speedy process. Oh, and he charges INTEREST on late payments and won't move on your case unless you're current with the pay schedule. Minimize phone calls and emails as you are billed heavily for EACH AND EVERY ONE. INCLUDING MAIL.

Robert Turner is not honest and very unorganized. It’s only a matter of time before he runs out of tricks to cover his over billing. He should be disbarred. High turnover rate of lawyers because his practice is a cattle call. Low-income folks go to him for representation because of the installment plan then he turns around and milk those people for every penny as they go through probably the most terrible time of their lives. Communication is terrible and advice given isn’t consistent which leads to sending him multiple emails for clarification and you are charged for sending those emails too. He’s been disciplined by the bar before. Do your homework. You’ve been warned.
