Rude! Won't give a chance to talk nor will he explain anything. He answered the phone, "Hello." I wasn't sure I'd phoned the right place. The first thing I said was hello how are you. His answer was what do u want. This service is obviously terrible. He went on to inform me that he'd lost his office help.....NO WONDER! Do not use this service!
