Good service

I was in Tulsa on business travel and I was very fortunate to find Greg Lavender after being in a car wreck and received a ticket even though the other driver was more responsible for the wreck. The ticket was dismissed after complying with probation and fulfilling some community service hours. Greg's representation was instrumental in this positive outcome and he was very responsive to all my questions and emails and took care of everything.

Greg Lavender is a stand up attorney. He doesn't give you any b.s. He always answers the phone, himself. 1 time he wasn't able to take my call but returned my call in less than 15 minutes. I ALMOST hired him and thank god I didn't, just last week I overheard someone speaking about him, saying how bad they regretted hiring him and he would never respond to them. That is the exact reason I decided to hire someone else. It took me calling him for days multiple times to get him to answer. He also told me some inaccurate things that I told my current attorney about and they were in disbelief by how he got his license to practice. Greg Lavender is as unprofessional as it gets. He is cheap though, so I'm assuming all of the good reviews are from people who are unable to afford a good attorney. After all you get what you pay for.

Mr. Lavender represented me in my divorce from my ex-wife. He was extremely professional and got the best results possible; full custody of my son to me. My family and I will remain forever grateful, and although I hope to never again require an attorney, if I do, I will not hesitate to call on him again.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM GREG!!!! He'll charge you for EVERYTHING! He calls you? He'll charge you. Your ex husband somehow got ahold of him? He'll charge you! He'll never answer his phone unless if its pay day. He blames EVERYTHING on DHS. I called DHS several times and they told me he hasn't even started on my case. This was very drawn out. I remember at one point asking myself if he was working for my or my ex-husband because he wanted to give him way more then he deserved. He also worked on a case that was a friend of mine and after a year of going to him for CHILD SUPPORT she finally fired him after realizing he wasn't doing anything but collect her money. Once we had court and Greg was nowhere to be found. When I called him and finally got ahold of him after the 4th or 5th phone call he told me he was broke down. He asked if my ex husband and I could meet him at Wal-Mart instead of the court room to sign papers. we said fine, because we wanted divorced. Get to Wal-Mart and Greg tells me we have to wait for his wife and their newborn baby to get back from the bathroom because our PERSONAL documents were with her AT WALMART in the BATHROOM. He was so unprofessional and I was embarrassed by him. If he was on his way to court how he should have been instead of Wal-Mart with his family things would have been a little better. The entire experience was so dreadful. You'll ask him something and he'll have to get back with you because he basically needs to look up the laws and see If that is okay. He's isn't very knowledgeable at his job and I'm honestly surprised he's an attorney. Any time I would question what he has done on my case or what is taking so long considering me and my ex agreed on EVERYTHING we just wanted a divorce he would tell me he'll withdraw at any time and was very demanding that he was doing the right thing and to stop questioning him.

During my recent family legal "ordeal", Mr. Lavender provided me with great assistance and guided me through the entire process. Although I won't say that the process was pleasant, with his help, we were able to resolve the matter quickly, fairly, and without the ugliness I was expecting.
