I have yet to have an experience with these people. And nor do I plan to. I work for a company out of Edmond that made one simple phone call to this company. They missed it and some woman returned to the call to our main line at our office. I screen our incoming calls and the women who called back was so rude. I answer the phones all day, and deal with people all day and never have I dealt with someone so hateful.

Not that I know these people personally, but man, if they can be that big of an ass on the phone, why would I ever want to do business with them in real life?
