DO NOT TRUST this guy. He withdrew from my case at a crucial time without giving me any prior notice. He even checked all of the NO boxes on the withdraw form where it asks if the client knows he's withdrawing. He took my case on a contingency basis, as all comp attorneys do, yet, he has the nerve to file a lien against me AFTER HE QUIT. Excuse me, I was under the impression that contingency means you only get paid if you win. Quitting is not winning. To top that off, because he filed the lien, he has effectively prevented me from being able to hire another attorney. No other attorney wants to take my case because they know they're not going to get their full share when they win. His lien means that they would have to share the proceeds with a quitter. If I could have left less than one star that's what he would have gotten. And he doesn't even deserve that. The guys a quitter.
