My wife and I decided to go with This law firm as they have done her DACA before and she had a good experience. This time we were going in to apply for permanent residency. We got a different legal assistant then she had when doing her DACA. At the beginning it was a little rocky and hard to get questions, emails, and calls answered.
With that we requested a change in legal assistant to Maribel as she has been recommended to us from a family friend raving about how she’s the best legal assistant and she has been more then amazing. Maribel has answered all our questions and makes sure we have no doubt. She would return our calls in minutes or until the next work day at the latest. She would reply to emails within seconds. Maribel double checked all our paper work, made sure we had what we needed and more in case what we had originally wasn’t enough. Being 23 years old and going into the progress is scary. You don’t know what to expect, how long it’s going to be and if there’s going to be any complications. Maribel was so delightful my wife was so impressed by how perfect she handled her job, explaining things to us and getting back to us so quickly. At the end of this long process we both agreed whenever we have to renew her residency card or apply for citizenship we will be returning and hope once again we get Maribel or at least someone she has mentored and trained herself and passed some wonderful trates too.
