Jon Garde is a Horrible attorney dont waste your time. His fees are high and when it takes him a long time to get results for your case he makes you sign new contracts costing you more money and says that he needs to charge more because the case or the Judge is a tuff one causing him more work. The first and only time I saw him in court for a family member I was not impressed he is unorganized, and speaks horribly for an attorney. His "professionals" he brings to court to speak on your behalf are unprepared and contradict themselves and documents submitted to the court on the stand, leaving for an unfavorable result for you or a loved one. When we had a meeting he spoke about other cases totally unrelated to ours, and pulled out a bag of food and began eating and crunching away while speaking to us ( totally professional right?!?).
