Bill Terry was referred to me by a colleague who had previously been a family attorney here in Vegas. Bill was great with my DUI case. It was my first offense and he was very thorough. He knows all of the ins and outs of the law and he has a way of thinking unconventionally, I believe this helps to make him a great attorney. Thus he is willing to look outside the box and find any angle in the system he can to help your case. My DUI was dropped, my fines were minimal and most of the evidence against me was pointing to an obvious defeat! I am very grateful for Bill and his wonderful office staff. On top of that, he has a great reputation in Las Vegas and walking into a Court room with him alone, gives you great reputability!

He will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and do nothing. I called and had a meetings before trial to prepare only to have him repeat everything I've told him. I asked to listen to recorded phone call evidence against me he said he heard them and I didn't need to hear it. I walked into the day of trial only to be blindsided by different type of evidence I didn't know of against me through pretrial interview of witness from prosecutor. You tell Mr. Terry what you discover when he arrives to court 15 minutes before trial and he goes in to talk to prosecutor only to come out and repeat what you told him. He then rushes you to decide with only 5 minutes before trial to take the plea deal or go to trial not knowing or ever seeing any evidence against you. Don't let Mr. Terry smooth talk you out of your money with no intention of doing anything or defending you. Run far away from this guy and don't listen to all the recognitions and awards he received or high profile cases he has been in because its all just bait to hook you small fish.

Bill terry is the guy that other seasoned attorneys refer their family and friends to. He is extremely professional, hard working, and kind. He listens to what you say and remembers. The judges and prosecutors know and respect him. There is reason he has been ranked as the #1 criminal defense attorney in Las Vegas.

He is an amateur at best. He defends people who are crazy. He lost his simple case against me. In my opinion I think he's a lazy old slob!!

Always did well by me-- he was able to get my multiple felonies reduced to one so I served two years probation instead of 25 years in prison. I have recommended him to many people in past and will continue to do so.

He is the worse attorney in Las Vegas. He's a liar and never does what he says he's gonna do. His communication skills are awful and he is very unprofessional and never prepared. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy. He should be dis-bared!
