If I could give zero stars I would. Do not hire Mr Mcatee he will bleed you dry with fees but do nothing for you. He just continued my case for years with no results. The divorce stipulation he negotiated was worse than my ex offered. He couldn’t even put the stipulated agreement together my ex attorney had to do it and he wasn’t even his attorney when the agreement was made. If you want to be continued over and over with little resolution then this lawyer is for you. If you want better I suggest you hire an attorney who will fight for you. This one just rolls over!

I have used several attorneys in Bakersfield with little to poor results. Mr Mc Atee is the only one who listened to me and then got the judge to understand our situation. If you want results, I recomend Mr Mc Atee.
