I would not recommend Lisa Ramsey to anyone. My experience with her is that she was great prior to signing a non-refundable deposit for her services. Once she received our non-refundable deposit she immediately stopped returning phone calls and emails. We've left over 10 messages and countless emails which go unreturned. We are following up with the state bar in an attempt to get our money back.

If you would like a mediator who answers your questions rather than just ignore you I would find just about anyone other than Lisa. It has been a terrible experience and we still haven't received a refund even though she hasn't performed any services at all on our behalf or even let us know what is going on. If she ever does issue us a refund I will change this review to reflect that.

Don't make the same mistake that I did and hire Lisa Ramsey. She has wasted ~6 months of our time and taken $3,000 from us without performing what she was hired to do. Huge mistake on our part for not speaking with multiple mediators prior to hiring one.

Lisa and Jessie are a winning combo! They listen, understand and fight for you until the end. I was facing some pretty awful accusations from my ex and they helped prove to the courts just how disingenuous he was being. I'm very happy with how my case has turned out and am thankful that I had them to help me through this difficult time. I couldn't have done it without them!!
