Ziyad Naccasha is fabulous. He helped my family with a landlord/tenant issue and we were delighted with the outcome. Ziyad is passionate about his profession and truly cares about his clients. He is responsive and tenacious. Additionally, his office staff is caring and has outstanding follow through and attention to detail.

I am pleased to be a client of the law firm of Carmel & Naccasha. My attorney listened to my needs and provided me with a creative solution in a timely basis. I am very impressed with the professionism shown to me at Carmel & Naccasha and I recommend their services to anyone seeking legal assistance.
This law firm is great and they're very well respected in the community. I know 3 of the partners but I know Dallas Mosier the best. I found him to be tenacious, hardworking and very conscientious. That is how to close the deal. Additionally, on a personal note, I always trust and respect professionals who volunteer in their community as I feel that it speaks volumes for them as individuals. They do a lot for those in need in SLO County. You'll be in good hands.

Climb X
We are a very small climbing company based in Portland Oregon. I received a letter today from Carmel and Naccasha (Dallas K. Mosier) stating he represents TheClymb/Left Lane Sports a multi million dollar internet based sales company. The Climb currently owes us about $3000 and has not yet paid us the overdue money. The letter states that "our client is prepared to aggressively pursue all legal remedies" for an internet posting we made telling people this company did not pay us (its true). We simply requested that TheClimb pay us the money owed like any honest company would do. I'm not sure what kind of legal firm recommends length expensive legal action as opposed to simply paying a small company money that is owed but this looks to be the course of action being taken. If you are a large multi million dollar company wanting to spend allot of money suing some small company over a even smaller amount of money legitimately owed this seems like a good choice of a law firm. This posting will not be removed till we are paid the full amount of money we are owed and this law firm stops harassing us.
