One star is a compliment for this "business". To say they are unorganized is an understatement. This is the worst experience with any business that I have ever had. They knew the closing date for a simple home closing for over a month, then the Monday before the Friday close I call because I had not received any of the necessary paperwork and they had not responded to all the lenders calls. Come to find out, they never even started the paperwork. I had to call every day, talking to a different person each time, and each time there were more issues and each person had no clue what was going on. Now, we are delayed three more days and I was told when I called today that "they were very busy with other closings so they weren't sure they would be able to get things done or be able to call me back with an update". Unfortunately, we can't change attorneys without going back through underwriting. Please, please, please use ANY other attorney in the area over these people. Save yourself the trouble. It's not worth it, and they care nothing about the well being of their clients.
