I've known Mr Hunter for 30 years. He represented me in a very difficult custody matter that crossed state lines and was very complicated. Although the other state had jurisdiction over the case, in all the years I've known him he has never let me down. I recommend him if you're looking for someone who knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about you and your case.

Seemed really nice and gave some helpful advice during consult for $500. Never met with them again until I paid them for their services months later then wife and I got back together 2 days after. Tried to cancel services. Lady at desk said I had to make appointment for two weeks later. I meet with Randal and he stated you know, I should give you your money back since all we've had is this unessisarry 5 minute meeting that could have been handled with a phone call. Call back in a month and let me know you're still together and then I'll return your $3,000.I called 2 times and left voice mails. I went into office 3 times each time begging for a call back from him. He never called. Guess that's a lesson learned.

Bottom line: hiring Randy and his team was the best decision I made for my custody case. I am active duty military, and was able to win custody of my daughters with Randy as my attorney. I hired Randy in the fall of 2012, and continue to retain him as my attorney. In addition to winning a long-shot custody case, he has continued to protect my interests.

Within two years of hiring Randy my case had been heard, the judge decided in my favor, and a six year legal battle is largely over. Domestic litigation when faced with unreasonable opposition is expensive, tedious, and difficult. Randy made it easier, and was able to see things through while protecting my interests.

I am a very skeptical person when it comes to lawyers, court and the system in general. We hired Randal Hunter with our custody case because he came highly recommended. That was the best decision we could of made. We might not of gotten everything we wanted from the case but that wasn't due to Randal that went back to the system and its flaws. The front staff at Randal's office especially Mary Anna was amazing. She was always just a phone call or message away with any question we had. If she didn't know the answer she was quick to get back to us. To make a long story short I highly recommend Randal Hunter to represent you and your family.

Mr. Hunter is the lawyer you would hire if you want to spend lots of money and get little work effort and results. He doesn't return emails or phone calls in a timely matter, it's usually well after you need his services or advice. He refuses to stand up to other counsel and constantly advised us to concede visitation rights even when we were in the right. I believe this is due to him not making the effort to learn what he needed to know about our case. Even during mediation we were not sure which side Randy was actually working for us or them. His front office receptionist, Maryanna, is rude and unprofessional. Make sure you pay him though because he will make a greater effort to bully you and send you legal paperwork than he ever did to actually help you.
Do not waste your money or time seeking Mr.. Hunter's services.

Talks a good game and assures you he can win your case. Never returns emails or phone calls. Part of the good ol' boy buddy system (small town politics) You begin to ask yourself, just whos side is he on?? Fired him. Wouldn't refund penny of a $5000 retainer fee. Maybe he shared that with mediator and the opposing attorney. Never went to court and helped the other side in mediation and thinks he shouldn't give a refund! If you want your attorney to leave you high and dry, he's your man. If you feel like just throwing your money away he's your guy. If you actually want an attorney to actually do what you're paying them for... Hire someone else!!!!

Save your money! If you want someone that actually cares about you and thrives on communication and your well being steer totally clear of this guy! In a worse situation than I was before I hired him. Avoid at all costs!
