Tommy Kellis is awesome! Very easy going and understanding. He is accommodating to your needs and makes sure you are taken care of. The receptionist is very nice and does her job very well. I had to reach out to them a year after my incident for information about my case and she was able to pull my file up right away and help me within minutes. I like how they had face to face meetings were always straight to the point and didn’t charge just to get a quote. I had just moved towns when I got my ticket so I didn’t know any lawyers, Tommy Kellis and the Carolina law group sent me a letter in the mail so I called to get some information about them. The lady who answered was very helpful and made things super easy. I had court and he got my ticket reduced and completely taken care of with no stress to me. I called the follow week and they told me everything and that was it. I could’ve have asked for a better lawyer or more friendly staff. Ok. I at first gave this firm 1 star. And tommy reached out to fix the situation and asked what was the problem and he with no problem did exactly what he said he would do.and he also made it easy to get thrugh the iron curtain. So you might have issues getting thru the iron curtain. But the attorney doing excatly and promptly doing what he said he would do and get the results i asked for. So i change my rating..to a 4. Would be 5 but the front staff does not make it easy to speak to the lawyers. And i dont agree with the setting up a time for a phone conversation and you having to call in at that time and if he is busy they tell uou they will call you back. Why not set up a time and the lawyer call u at the time that way you dont have to go back and forth.
