It's been almost 2 years since I gave lawyer's secretary the money for my record to get expunged. My phone calls are not being returned. So I called the State Bureau of Investigations for NC. State bureau lady told me that noone has ever file for my expungement.. Wow I've been waiting for 2 years. I'm now filing a complaint against Andrew Waters
