Dean has handled all of my traffic tickets for the past 10 years and has always gotten them reduced or removed completely. He is always quick to return my messages too.

Before the accident I had a good car that was paid off. The very least I wanted to get back what I lost and get all the bills paid.

Now I have ongoing neck pain, car payments and unpaid medical bills. I was assured that the doctors would settle for less (they didn't). I never got reimbursed for the bills I already paid and the car rental (if it weren't for the accident I wouldn't need it) all the items I lost that were not recovered I didn't get money for.

All for an accident that wasn't even my fault.

I got a 4 point speeding ticket and a slew of attorney letters. I called a highly recommended firm and they explained a variable process but were very expensive. I next contacted Dean who spoke to me at length on the phone, describing a more "cookie cutter" approach that the first firm didn't want to share. He communicated quickly and clearly by email several times after that. I never once spoke to a secretary or paralegal.

I did the defensive driving course and 10h community service very last minute but Dean didn't bat an eye. We agreed to reduce to 2 license, zero insurance points but he did even better than that! As far as I can tell, that approach may have actually cost him more court costs out of his flat fee, but lead to zero license points for me. His flat fee is less than half of the first firm I called!

I am very happy with Dean Humphrey's service and would recommend him to anyone with a traffic violation. I hope I never need his services again, but would not hesitate to call regardless of the complexity!
