I wish more organizations made this much sense. Finding them was easy, getting them to represent me was easy, communication was all electronic, but it was very timely, specific and thorough. They answered all the questions I could have had before I asked them. They write the book on traffic law done efficiently and correctly. I literally did everything the the web browser on my phone including paying court costs. I didn't have to look for anything because everything I needed was in the emails, which only required 4 start to finish. It's rare to see technology used 100% correctly to streamline a process, but they did it. On top of that, their legal team performed very well in their duty and exceeded my expectations. This was a great experience for those like me who do everything online. I didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone, I didn't show up at court, and I received multiple options vie email on how the lawyers could handle my case, with their professional recommendations.
I literally obtained the services of iticket.law on the Saturday before my court date, where I was scheduled to appear at 7:30am on Tuesday. I received a reply the same day !!

I received a Wake County citation for 30mph above the speed limit, together with a Careless & Reckless charge. Attorney Benson advised me to complete a Defensive Driving Course, which I did. At the court hearing he negotiated with the DA to get the C&R dismissed and bring the speeding charge down to 14 over. He then made a request for Prayer for Judgment which the judge kindly accepted. No license points, no insurance increase, and no fine. All in all this was the best possible outcome, and well worth the $500 legal fees (I paid an additional $190 in court costs, plus $100 for the course). Highly recommend iticket.law for anyone with traffic citations!

I was clocked enough over the speed to get a ticket in Forsyth. I gave Hatley a call the day before my court date. Less than 24 hours cost you double. I attempted to pay with a charged out card but corrected with a good cc. The timing skewed the connection but all was corrected and got off without it hitting my record. I received a speeding ticket going 20mph over the speed limit. Hatley Law office, was able to get the court, to reduce my ticket to 9 mph over the speed limit. I didn't have to appear in court. Just pay the retainer fee and court cost, case closed, I was done. I didn't have to take time off work as well.
