Mrs IIIikainen is one of the best lawyers in town. She’s straight up with you, gives solid expectation management and timely. When you go in her office you’ll see she’s a busy woman but give her time to work your issues and you’ll be happy. I was!

I do not hate this place, just have been spoiled by other attorneys and their staff like the Collins Law Firm in Wilmington and Smith and Dickey in Fayetteville.

A consult fee??? Really??? Nobody charges a consult fee. No Thank you.Sounds desperate.

I hope this review helps someone to stay away. The only thing this law firm is good for is taking your money, not resolving your issues, no professional follow-up, and poor professional courtesy. You have to follow-up with them and remind them they work for you. Tragically slow input and output. This law firm specializes in everything which isnt good because youre not getting specialized services like a pure family lawyer or pure criminal lawyer. Illikainens breathe always smelled like he had been drinking. The worst law firm in Fayetteville, NC!

I have hired Gregg a couple of times for various matters. He's never let me down. His paralegal (his new one!) is fabulous as well, very organized, communicates well, etc. This firm has been worth every cent I've paid.

In regards to previous negative reviews - I do know there was a much-needed staffing change that took place approximately a year ago. The previous individual was not efficient in most ways - record keeping, statements, follow-up, etc. I was hugely disappointed with her, despite my continued satisfaction with Gregg. Staff changes, again, were made and the whole experience has greatly improved since. Prior to this - I would have given 2-3 stars. Since, easily 5.

Gregg is a good attorney. He does what I need him to do in the way I want it done. I'm sorry he's not providing his services at my new location - I'd happily hire him for his services again weren't that an issue.

Terribly slow and unorganized representation.

I've used this Law Firm on several occasions, from the trivial to the traumatic. Each time I have received excellent service and great communication. Greg has always done an outstanding job for me. I also appreciate, Greg's passion for our military!

I had a consultation fee of $100.00 to tell me that I needed to consult an attorney in another state. Just to consult with 5 (free consultation) to advise me that this office should have known that my case falls under UCCJEA which stands for Uniformed Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act. I just took this as not incompetent but, disinterest.

Sherry Miller has been more than helpful with my situation. Her staff is professional & very proficient. The billing process is cut & dry, they always show you where every penny of your money goes. I am very pleased with their level of expertise. They are always available to answer a question or give information. Just a good experience all around!

This firm has been more work than it's worth. Once you pay your money, forget any follow-up or help with further issues. I was a client as I moved out state, and have requested my court findings on several occasions (since May of 2013), now in Oct 2014...and still..I have nothing. I will have to go through the court house and get a certified copy myself from out of state. I thought that was part of the large fee I paid my attorney for...But like i said once you are done you are done. I would have gladly paid the fees to the NC DMV 12 months after my sentencing was up and they were due, and not currently have a suspended drivers license due to unpaid fines in the state of NC....If I had my court findings I might have known what the judge signed off on, and what else I was responsible for. Long story short, BIG MESS and I regret hiring this legal office.

Receptionist is rude and incompetent. Lost a client!
