If I could give less then one star, I would. Let me first say that the receptionist and the paralegal Christina that i dealt with was nice and professional. However my experience with Mr. Trevarrow is a different story. He was fine on the first occasion that we met with him which was just signing off of the paperwork. I patiently waited on my settlement money with multiple emails between myself and Christina to determine when that would be. However my ex husband collected his money on Friday July 6th. So by Monday the 9th when I hadn't received my portion with no real explanation as to why not, I went to his office in person on Tuesday the 10th. Mr Trevarrow came from the back office when the receptionist told him I was waiting for him. As he entered the reception area where I stood, he slammed the door behind himself. He got very balidgerant with me, yelling at me asking me if I was there to rub his nose in the fact that he hadn't deposited my money yet? We was slamming doors and yelling about "Is that what I wanted? "My money deposited?!" He was demeaning , belittling and mocking me, slamming doors and smacking the counter top just for coming into his office to find out where my money was. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was being. He is SUPPOSE to be a PROFESSIONAL after all!! The receptionist didn't even come back out to the front desk during his rant , probably because she was too embarrassed. I personally will never use this law firm again and I will tell everyone I know how Mr Trevarrow treated me just because I wanted him to complete the job he was paid to do.
Have been using this firm for all my real estate transactions. They are reasonable, helpful, and they get the job done. I will continue using them moving forward.
