My brother and I have used Jeff Null for nearly 20 years (maybe longer)! Unlike the other reviewers, I don't expect constant phone calls or updates, unless there is some reason to be updated --- I feel like I hire an attorney so that they worry on my behalf and only call if necessary. Don't call before 4 PM, because yes, he is likely in court doing his thing! Jeff has his process and IMO it works. He has never seemed "money hungry", in fact he has directed me on how to help myself in the past w/o "wasting money" on things I can handle (I have great respect for him doing that). I honestly can't say enough good things about my experiences with him. You must put your trust in your lawyer and let them do their job!

If I could give him 0 stars that would be an inflated rating. I tell people that I had the 2nd worst attorney in Fayetteville because my ego could not come to terms that I found the worst. His ineptitude and apathy towards me as a client still angers me to this day. I had to pay him his 5 figure retainer up front; and in return I had, over the course of 2 years, a grand total of 6 hours and 35 minutes of his AND his paralegal's time, I only counted 1 minute of every three when I sat waiting for scheduled appointments that never happened. He prepared no documents, even as I pleaded with him in tears to please "polish" documents I had prepared in draft form-where all he had to do was format it and file it. The result of his, at best apathetic but more akin to ineptitude bordering on willful negligence; I/we missed at least 4 court dates(that I know of), he never produced a single original document on my behalf. Wait, that is incorrect, his office did produce a document that I signed to acknowledge that I lost everything without so much as a "Well, that sucked!" It cost me in the neighborhood of $XXX,XXX.xx(ask me and I'll tell you). The real kicker was it took me an additional 8 visits; starting in July and going into his office,(because once he got my retainer he never once answered the phone for 2 years), every other week for 4 months; I arrived one day to discover the Friday before Thanksgiving (or Veterans Day) that I had been divorced for over two months!!! If you find yourself on Cool Spring Street in search of legal assistance, just keep going. If your going to lose, which you will with him, don't waste you money for opportunity to pay someone to assist in the loss.

Should be disbarred! He has been continuing my case for 3 years! Now I just found out my license has been suspended because he didn't show up for the court date! How did I find out? When the cop gave me a ticket for driving with a revoked licence! PLEASE! DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Seems like a nice guy..but does not do his job. .gets to court late and will not return phone calls... Has continued our case for 6 months because he is not prepared and he knows I have to drive 4 hours to get there.. Says he is going to meet with us but doesn't..When I call his office the Secretary act's like I'm bothering her... She is very Rude. Should not be a lawyer if you don't want to do your job..this place should be Shut Down

Mr. Jeffrey D Null is not worth a star but u have to give at least one start to puplish this, so here you go one star, but really 5 negative stars, i was very very disappointed with my treatment. I was summonds in a civil case, he told me it would cost 200$ for him to show up in my case the next day, i quickly sensed "money hunger" i politely diclined and left his office, 20 min later his secretary called offered me a deal 100$ for Mr. Null to show up and represent me. Little did i know i didn't need legal representation, it was a simple civil case someone who barely knew me brought up against me out of spite...
Mr. Null was quick to take my 100$ in cash, asked for a continuance. I couldve done that. But that wasn't it, after the court i called and texted him numerous times asking him what he wrote to the court as far as the answer goes, he never texted back and he never returned my phonecall. His secretary acted as if i was bothering her when i called to ask what my defense would be. I haven't heard from Mr. Null until the day before the court appointed court date, asking me to pay 200$, informed me it wasnt wise for my to represent myself. WELL MY CASE THAT I REPRESENTED MY MYSELF IN WAS DISMISSED TODAY. I definetly wasted 100$ on something i couldve done. Moral of your story RESEARCH YOUR ATTORNEY, if they are great please rate them, if they are worthless please let others know.. NO STAR FOR YOU MR. NULL.

Jeff Null is the worst attorney I have ever seen, He fails to make scheduled appointments, has failed to even return his client's phone calls, failed to show for client court dates, constantly requests continuances that his client has not requested, and to add to this his staff/secretary is also rude when you call to attempt to talk to him you are constantly told his is in court and will not be back in the office until after 2:30.
