DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!!! MR BOWEN does not do his JOB and he will not fight for you and will not return calls, text and his office staff lies for him stating he is always in court when he isn't. He will drag out your court case because he doesn't want to do any work and want advise you of any court dates and will agree to terms that you have not been advised of because you had no idea you were suppose to be in court because his office never informed you of the court date. Then the court dates that you do find out about Mr. Bowen doesn't show up for and you have to call him to remind him you are waiting in the court room with the judge for him. HIS OFFICE IS A JOKE.... My friend has been trying to get simple divorce finalized for over a year and a half and still hasn't been able to get it taken care of... WARNING DO NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE!!!!!!

This a horrible law firm. DO NOT use them for an accident case after keeping my file for over 2 years and right up to the month before my time would run out on filing a lawsuit I was told I needed to find another more equipped to handle it.

These people make way too much money.

Mr. Woody fought hard for me. I was facing some serious and, in my opinion, unfair consequences but I am at home with my family today, a new man, taking full advantage of my second chance.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my traffic citation and would certainly use Mr. Bowens services again.

I commend Woodberry in everything that he does. He is and was an excellent attorney. Everything was done in a timely manner and he made me feel like everything was going to be OK. In the end it was though I had my doubts. I definitely made the right choice by choosing to do business with Woodberry. I will recommend him to anyone who needs help and feels that their situation won't end well. He is a little tough but that's what makes him great.

DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!!! He is by far the worst attorney I've ever hired. I paid Mr Bowen $1800 to represent me for a legal separation / divorce hearing. This took place in April 2016. During the separation hearing he arrived 15-20 minutes late and with the response of "I'm late and I have no excuse." He never did any research for my case nor did he ask me questions prior to the court date. He was very rude and would allow me to talk and explain my situation to him. I ended up paying him an additional $200.00 to file for my divorce. However he procrastinated for 9 months to settle a simple non contested divorce. His excuse was they were swamped with work. Attorney Bowen, never returned my phone calls nor did he kept me updated on what was going on with my divorce. I would not recommend using this lawyer at all.

DO NOT USE FOR FAMILY LAW! Mr. Bowen will not fight for you. He will not fight for what is right, instead he will threaten to drop you as a client. When trying to get a court order to reflect exactly what the judge said, he told me I was knit picking when all I wanted was what the judge said in court. I even went as far to get a stenographer to write out the transcript from the hearing. He still would not fight the opposing attorney to get an accurate order signed by the judge.

I have dealt with Bowen&Berry,in January OF "15 and I really appreciate the traffic tickets being dropped in Lumberton N.C.Since tickets being dropped i also felt disatisfied because of what i was told that i could go for my licensed and pay my reinstatement fees and the dmv told me that i was still suspended in Lumbeton. DUE to a COMPLIANCE LETTER..... I have a job to go to and daughter in Raleigh N.C but cant get my licence because they need a compliance letters IN S.C.....thank you Bowen &Berry
