It takes them a long time to return phone calls, if they return them at all. Sometimes we'd have to call two or three times before we were able to speak with our attorney and get answers. We first started working with them in 2017 and our case still isn't resolved, and I'm patiently/realistically looking at how long the legal process takes. I feel like they milk the clock...
