Told me, I would be able to keep my license before I paid him $300 then wind up another paying $560 to court fees and still lost my license. I inform the paralegal, and was given instructions to send them letter from the dmv for them to do nothing. Moral of the story this isn’t the law firm for you if you a got a speeding ticket!!

I used Mr. William's 3 years ago when I was involved in a front a d rear collision that totalled my car. I didn't have any contact with Mr. William's except for the initial call to hire him. Communications are very poor. The case settled with no points or citations.
I've reached out again due to a recent accident, and have heard nothing from him or his office.
Not sure if I will be using him for this case. North Carolina residents, whether professional or not, have very poor communication skills and poor work ethic. Determination about this law firm is still in question

So first of all I was calling to get his assistance and the customer service lady couldn't even locate us in the system after I spelled the name completly out for her and she still mis spelled it. Then she got lawyer to call me back and he was sooooo rude!!

I have nothing but praise for Mr. Algernon Williams. Recently I had a couple of traffic citations and I contacted his law office to have them taken care of for me. I did my research on him as an attorney, and decided he was what I was looking for in regards to representation. In the contact that I had with his staff they were very professional. Both citations worked out in my favor, so I would definitely refer Mr. Williams to others needing assistance. I know I now have his contact information saved in my phone.

I hired Mr. Williams to defend me against a speeding ticket of which i was grossly over speed (15+) and for that and that alone it worked out....somewhat, everything else was horrible. When we first met we agreed upon a strategy to proceed as i had a second ticket in a neighboring county that needed to be adjudicated first. While he ended up getting the outcome we wanted he took it upon himself to change the timeline putting me in a very bad financial situation costing me an additional $200-$400 and negating the reasoning behind the strategy. He also quoted me a price for a referral for my other ticket that he would later change and try to charge me $75 additional to represent me himself. In addition i had to make multiple calls to his office to get the paperwork relating to my case, i never received call backs from his staff as they said they would. Overall it was the worst experience i have had with a lawyer in my 35 years. Take my advice find another lawyer....
