The closing we had was frustrating. It seems like they are not well organized. I was told they had everything they needed when I was at their office then found out they were requesting additional information. Seems like a good checklist would go a long way in their process!

Mr Karrenstein was great to work with; unfortunately Mr Love had an utter lack of competence and grace in conducting a routine HOA matter. What was decided in September took until December to finally file legal documents. When asked to provide a weekly status update following his numerous missteps, Mr Love replied “I don’t work in the [____] department” as part of his retort.
