Condescending and arrogant as he smiles and gives a little laugh; obviously thinks women are stupid. Corrects every sentence you “try” to speak. Guess I should have worn an apron to see him.

Estimated the job to be done in 6 months..called to check in 4 months later and hasn't even started it! Then he says it will be 6 more months, call again over a month later and says he had to amend some paperwork therefore it will be another 6 months!! We have to call and nag them to get answers! They have been awful to work with!!
