Had to reach out to them several times with NO avail, and it appears we might be responsible for some medical bills?

She entered the conference room and just took over the flowing words of wisdom knowledge and understanding. I went from#1 to#100 so fast. Can not recall the number of phone calls I had to make on a weekly basis and I never got the truth from anyone. Services were horrible. I do not recommend using this firm. Never use this firm unless you want to be overwhelmed with stress.

I would not recommend this firm. It took them 2 yrs to settle a car accident for me. I also did most of the leg work. Staff not very reliable and I let Ms. Lanier know but she did nothing.

My husband was not impressed with the Lawyer Jonathan that was representing him at his disability hearing. The judge had to keep making him shut up. And the lawyer wasn't informative enough about the case. The judge had to call him out twice. He felt like that hehe h no one there for him. The lawyer didn't inform me of what maybe asked or done then.

I was told by a friend that Lauren Saunby could help me with a disability claim since I had already been turned down. Lauren was compassionate and listened to my health issues assuring me that I was not crazy.
Lauren then turned over the case to the other staff members who were also stellar individuals, showing me that they cared about my situation. I let go of the outcome and went about my life, not knowing how long the case might take. In all honesty, I was very pleased that it did not take as long as I halfway expected, taking a load of worry off my shoulders.
