I have worked with Andy on countless cases and he always fights hard for his clients and puts their interests first. I refer cases to him often and will continue to do so both because of the good results he gets and because of how hard he works for each client.

They made things right after losing the check the first time , but took awhile to get the money that was owed

Wouldn't give them any stars. They lost their client's settlement check weeks ago. This was after it was sent to them to settle a case. And the client hasn't gotten the settlement check yet.

WORST firm to ever handle my case. They lost my settlement check after I signed it and documents and sent it back. They are incompetent and lazy. Laziness leads to uncanny professionalism. I’ve been lied to for weeks about my settlement. I was told 5-7 business days for it to clear. That was 11business days ago. 11 business days prior to that I was told 5-7 business days, then they lost it. They are never on time and will not fight. They like an easy win.

I cannot say enough good about this law firm. Andy made us feel like family. He was there at our side every moment. Never did we feel like a client. He fought for us as if we were his own family. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He is not just a great lawyer. He is a good man. I would definitely go to him again. I just pray I never have to need him ever again but if I do I will be confident he will get the job done.

Schwaba law firm... is the biggest joke of all time. Perhaps Andrew are Thomas are good attorneys but they would NEVER make time for you. Instead they send you their light work intern Zachary to ensure you will lose even the smallest of cases. I was informed by numerous people who were in the court room that he did a HORRENDOUS job and could hardly stop stuttering and get the point across. I am so embarrassed to have ever used this service and will be having to move from my house of 17 years because of how much money I lost. Do not EVER use this law firm. It’s a waste of time, they never answer your calls and truly show you that you are but an insect to them. I would give them zero stars if I could. What an absolute disgrace to all lawyers.
