Brad did an excellent job with the entire patent prep and filing process. He was very responsive and thorough (much better than a patent attorney firm I used on a previous patent), and he understands very well how to properly write up claims (out of 20 claims for the invention we did not get a single rejection from PTO which is extraordinary). Will definitely continue to use him in the future.

Brad was perfect, made the process simple. I strongly recommend his team for any provisional or non-provisional patent. I purchased the Gold package, wrote 98% of specs, forwarded to Brad for editing. My provisional was submitted after only 2 days of editing, only a few emails, no phone calls. Brad expanded the coverage and flexibility of the claims and product description, his job, did very well. Brad always responded within 2 business hours with concise, clear answers to my questions. Brad and the team were amazing. They guaranteed Patent Pending status... that happened. They didn't guarantee that it would get approved... but that happened too. The cost savings did not reflect a dip in performance relative to a lawyer... PatentFile is a one stop shop to get your patent filed PROPERLY and AFFORDABLY. I opted to pay them to write my patent in full and it was worth every penny (and then some). DO NOT waste your time with a lawyer re: your patent. This is a real review by a real Customer. Usually I do not write reviews for lawyers, at least not 5 star ones lol. I filed what I believed was a provisional patent 3 years ago for a utility patent. Two months ago, I set out to file another provisional patent on a different device. I was searching for provisional patent templates, and help writing a provisional patent and I found Brads site, Patent File. I bought the lowest cost package, since I intend to file a non-provisional (full) patent after getting investors.

This was my experience and detailed review about the best provisional patent program out there:

> Value of content in package = 5 stars [out of 5] . After using alI the info, tips, an watching the vids, and incorporating same in my application, I would have paid twice what I did pay. I found out that what I thought was a thorough provisional patent I had filed 3 years ago, in fact, was very inadequate. Not so this time. I covered ALL the bases, thanks to Brad. He gave me >> invaluable << intel in how to properly file a provisional patent. I mean this. It would be very challenging for anyone to hijack my patent the way I wrote it. I looked at likely $10,000 patents filed for Clients by lawyers with kind of similar devices, which were, frankly, not as good as what I wrote. They missed a LOT of stuff. (Maybe I'll email them Brad's site lol)
