Great office and attorneys

Very disappointed. They withdrew from my case saying that the litigation team was too "slammed" to take me case. Wouldn't they have known that before they took the case? they told me my case had merit, they would do everything they could, & not to worry bc the other persons insurance had a "less than 1% chhance @ denying the claim" & if they did "Tim" would fight it "its not like he's just going to say well ok". Thats exactly what they did!!! A week after the insurance company denied the claim they dropped my case. I guess they figured the amount of time & work it would take to fight it wasbt worth they $$$. Lawyers are just a crooked as the insurance company. & all they seemed to care about was IF I had an injury not my property or what I lost. I wouldn't recommend them because they only wanted big money & easy cases where they don't have to fight. They only deal with property claims if I can benefit their injury claim bc that's where they get paid. Its not about the client, victim or even the accident its about money.

Very disappointed with this law office. They are looking for easy cases. My son was denied disability benefits like most people that apply for benefits. However he was diagnosed proven with genetic testing to have Friedreich's ataxia (also called FA or FRDA) is a rare inherited disease that causes nervous system damage and movement problems. It usually begins in childhood and leads to impaired muscle coordination (ataxia) that worsens over time.There is currently no effective cure or treatment for Friedreich's ataxia. They did not want to take my son's case because he is taking a vocational class. What is he suppose to do? Just seat and wait to die? He is disable not brain death. It is sad that they advertise for justice but when it takes work to get it, they just don't want to help.

Don't waste your time. Impossible to talk to an actual lawyer - you get shuffled around administrative folks who take down minimal information and have a lawyer 'review' your case. Free consultation equals a free phone call to their 'order takers' not a face-to-face meeting with an attorney.

Attorney David J Ventura is knowledgeable, quick to the point and has an extensive amount of years of experience that makes him a beast when he needs to be. However he is truly a good man who fights for his clients. He handled my case very well. I would retain him and his team again anyday. The entire staff has my loyalty. Thank you all.

First of all I want to thank God Jesus Christ for answering my prayer to do business with Crumley Robert's. After I had my accident on December 28th 2018 I received a bunch of letters from different lawyers to take on my case. There is a lot of lawyers out there that will not do right by their customers. Whitney went the extra mile to make sure I got the right Chiropractor to compensate my body injury needs. Plus made sure that all my bills do to my accident taking care of. After my experience with Crumley Roberts in 2016/2017 I wouldn't recommend this law firm. As I navigated the personal injury settlement process my case manager was on hand to answer questions, however I never got the impression that anyone cared about the genuine suffering I experienced after my car accident.

But the worst aspect of all was when, after months of treatment, Crumley Roberts decided to hand my case off to a firm that I'd never heard of nor had any desire to work this. This is perhaps the biggest scam of it all; I had to build a new relationship with an attorney who was even less invested in what happened to me and felt that I had become a number in both firms' systems. It was virtually as if Crumley Roberts had left the picture and outsourced the labor to a different firm; they do this when they feel you cannot get them what they truly want ($$$), though they phrase it as something they do when they "need extra help."

I encourage people to avoid this law firm if they do not want to be treated like a number. Perhaps I couldn't have netted the firm as much money as they would've liked, but if your goal is to fight for victims then don't just hand their case to whomever and disappear. I will not work with this firm again, and I am not interested in speaking to anyone about what happened. There are so many other firms in North Carolina, and I recommend doing thorough research on as many as you can to avoid the same issues I had. ✌

I called and gave my information and went through all the questions. The person I spoke too just "mmmhhhh hhhhmmm" and "OK" everything. And pretty much said once I give up on life give them a call.

I went here for a workers comp case. To keep matters brief, they got my life back on track.

Really made it an easy process after I was in an accident. Took care of a lot of the details and made sure I got the most back from my settlement. Hopefully I won't need to anytime soon, but I would most definitely choose Crumley Roberts again!

I have been working with Jaci Ackerman and her paralegals for two years and it has been hell. I can't get responses from my team unless I contact Jaci directly and I can't seem to motivate them to stop dragging their feet and get some answers or results.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever encountered. Unless you already have the case sewn up and a "gimmee" they cant be bothered. They don't give a damn about the customer; only about guaranteed income for them. If I could give negative stars I would.

Lack of communicatiom and are not helpful. Be glad when my case is over and never have to deal with them again.

Worst firm ever. C. Stevens McLaurin and Dre Fleury never explained to us about the No Fault law in North Carolina. They knew we were going to the chiropractor because of the injuries and they failed to informed us that we may not get reimbursed for the treatment. The moment that State Farm Insurance told them that they were not going to pay, they sent a letter letting us know that they were not going to represent us anymore. They did not even had the decency to call us. By now we were over $9,000 in debt and the chiropractor was suing us.
