Brilliant lawyer. I would recommend using Janet P. Welton for any legal matter. She is compassionate and knows the law. I used her services and she a fighter and has a excellent legal mind.

This lawyer answers her phone and pretends it's her secretary. If you have a case that sounds like she will make a lot of money on, she puts you on hold only to answer her phone again in a different voice. I went to her for a consult only to be told that she couldn't help me. While there she calls 4/5 of her attorney buddies to get them to help me. So why did I pay her a consult fee? I could have called the legal referral number myself! Her office is a wreck and she is scattered brained. While I was there she was on the phone to clients telling them the courts lost their paper work, court was the next morning, and it was 2 in the afternoon we she notified them. I have emailed her asking for a refund which she continues to ignore. Again Janet Welton I want a refund! I did not come to you for you to refer my to another lawyer. If I don't not receive a refund within 15 days, I am reporting you to the bar. You've practiced law for over 30 years but couldn't help me to enforce an equitable distribution. People go somewhere else.

Worst lawyer ever

DON'T HIRE THIS LAWYER! ALL SHE WANT IS MONEY! Since I've been with her for a custody case it has gotten me nowhere! Certain cases she might can do but custody cases is not one

Will not be using this firm due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the secrety just to make a consultation appt I was treated with disrepect and hung up on twice just for asking a question. Im sure this is a great attorney but who wants to deal with that just to get an appt.
